I understand that life can become unexpectedly busy and that plans can change without warning. That's why I offer clients the flexibility to change or cancel their appointment at no charge, as long as a 24 hour notice is provided. Late cancellations or No-Shows will be charged 25% of service cost to cover time and effort. As a courtesy, I will call, text or email to confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. Please confirm or change your appointments as soon as possible as missed appointments or late-cancellations will be charged the cancellation fee. When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies.
